Haneef’s achievements have been recognized with many awards, including the Top 1% of all Realtors from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Growing up in Vancouver has given Haneef a lifetime’s insight into the city’s growth, especially since the world exposition in 1986, which put the West Coast firmly on the international radar. Having first-hand experience of how the city has evolved gives Haneef an advantage when it comes to real estate negotiations and advising his clients. Haneef believes in giving back to the city he has called home since moving from his birthplace of London. He is very involved with many of Vancouver’s charities and is instrumental in establishing Virani’s sponsorship of the Special Olympics B.C. North Shore Walkathon held each year at Ambleside Park. He is also involved in donating to B.C. Children’s Hospital where he shares a special interest as both his sons were born there. A family man at heart, Haneef brings his natural enthusiasm to the many sports that his sons are involved with, including tennis, basketball and soccer – especially since his entire family are avid English football supporters.
