Focusing on presales in new developments, Alyssa brings a comprehensive global perspective to the VIRANI team. Alyssa has worked in the sales and project marketing of numerous iconic developments in Vancouver and Seattle, including The Butterfly, The Alberni by Kengo Kuma, Chelsea Mews, Horseshoe Bay and the First Light in Seattle. She has extensive knowledge and experience in everything from developing marketing sales strategies to facilitating sales. Overseeing Virani Real Estate Advisor’s expansion, she supervised the opening of their global offices in Seattle, London and Moscow. At home in Vancouver, she manages the international marketing in their Vancouver offices. Alyssa is a licensed broker and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, where she is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society for maintaining a GPA in the top 5% in the department. While completing her undergraduate degree, Alyssa’s enduring interests in global experiences led her to participate in a study abroad program at University College London. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to detail and modest personality are reflective of her vast experience in academic and administrative fields of work. Alyssa values her duty to give back to the community by contributing acts of service and bringing awareness to humanitarian efforts on a local and global scale. Growing up in Vancouver, Alyssa is strongly connected with the local community in a variety of ways, including volunteering at events such as the Special Olympics, the Harmony Arts Festival, The World Partnership Walk and World Housing. She brings an extremely positive, determined approach to all her work, including her classical dance training at the Royal Academy of Dance in London. Alyssa has a passion for nurturing children and is also a registered dance teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance. She takes pride in her devotion to others and ensuring the best possible experience for both the local and international clients of VIRANI.
