Virani is seeking experienced, licensed Pre-Sale Specialists to join our sales team for exciting upcoming new developments in and across Vancouver.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

Calling Leads

Booking appointments

Conducting Sales Appointments and broker tours

Monitoring the customer experience to ensure the needs of each buyer are Being Met & Exceeded

Executing Sales Strategies

Procuring New Buyers and Leads

CRM/Database entry

Sales Reporting

Ensuring Sales Targets are Being Met & Exceeded.

You will be encouraged to bring forward new and exciting sales strategies to engage buyers and brokers.

The ideal candidate is high energy, highly motivated, sales driven, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

5+ Years Experience as a Licensed Realtor®

3+ Years Presale Experience

2+ Years Experience Managing a Team is an asset
